Saturday morning we woke up and decided we wanted to do something for the day. We pondered and threw a few ideas out and finally settled on heading to the Victoria Zoo. I forgot they had a zoo and neither N nor myself have ever been, but we headed out. We really want to go to the Houston zoo but will wait until the girls are a little older and able to enjoy it more. (AND when it is less hot and not as packed).
Our timing was not as great as we arrived right around noon (after stopping to eat)...the hope was that P would nap on the way and be ready to go, but she didn't so she was a little less than cooperative. :)
She is getting a little too brave for my comfort. She was chasing the birds and running up to any animal she could wanting to pet them...EEEKKK!
THis was her favorite part and she would have stayed here and dug rocks all day if we would have let her.
Can you tell someone needs a nap!?!?!?
