In Feb. Knox turned 11 months old. He weighed 21 pounds and is wearing 12-18 month clothes. He walks /runs everywhere!!! And he is FAST!!! We can’t go anywhere without him being on our tail, getting through doors, grabbing everything, and he especially loves playing in the toilet when someone forgets to close the door! He still says “mama” and “dada” and a lot more sounds and he loves to laugh and play with his sisters. He loves balls and will carry all the balls around that he can find. He is still a mommas boy and loves to lay his head down on you and suck his middle fingers when you pick him up. He is eating all table food and is not as interested in his milk anymore (unless it comes straight from the source…lol) He loves his nursing sessions but is refusing his bottles and sippy cups while at school. One of his favorite things to do is wait for his sisters to lay down a blanket or sleeping bag on the floor-he races to it and climbs on-then they pull him around on the tile floor. He thinks it is HILARIOUS!!! Mommy gets quite the scare everytime but the sheer joy on their faces is priceless. I have to watch closely and rescue him quite frequently! HA! J He has 7 teeth and is starting to experiment with the whole biting thing on his sisters….ugh! He is not doing it to be mean but it sure sends them into an uproar every time!!!! He really only started going outside in his 11th month of life since it has been sooo cold and winter for a while. He not LOVES being outdoors. He cries when we have to come back in and runs straight to the back door and starts banging on it saying what sounds like “outside” every time. He prefers purees to regular table food which is making me crazy!!! I can puree something and he will eat it all! I can serve the same stuff in bite size pieces and he will refuse to eat or will throw it all on the ground! The boy is a mess!!!
